Joane Sujansky

You guessed it, she joins us on this episode of the Joe Elliott Radio podcast

ReplyDeleteI couldn't disagree with you and your guest more on this topic. While I don't own a business, I certainly work with millenials and it is the same story.....late to work early to leave, text and talk and surf all day. I think this is the product of gold stars and trophies for everyone just for participating. I know I am old school but I say an honest day's pay for an honest day's work. You and I both know people considered to be educated, well traveled and caring as your guest points out, but that doesn't count if the job is not getting done. Of course, there are examples of hardworking members of this generation as well.
This was an informative interview. I think it is advantageous for companies to embrace the new generation of workers, along with some of their "quirky" work habits, so long as it does not interfere with the company's bottom line. Google is a perfect example of this.
